Curriculum, Dates, and Presenters

Session 1: Your Management Style
Using the DiSC behavioral assessment, participants examine their own communication and leadership tendencies and develop strategies for connecting more effectively with their team.

Session 2: Interviewing and Onboarding
From assessing cultural fit to applying the STAR interviewing model, participants learn how to hire well and onboard in a way that drives early engagement and retention.

Session 3: Conflict Resolution
Participants explore the root causes of workplace conflict, the role emotional intelligence plays, and practical strategies to reduce tension and restore productivity.

Session 4: Inspiring a Results-Driven Environment
Managers learn how to set clear expectations, leverage the SMART goal framework, and build a team culture where accountability and core values drive results.

Session 5: Delivering Performance Feedback
Using a structured performance improvement process, participants practice addressing their most challenging employee situations in a way that motivates rather than deflates.

Session 6: Engaging Your Team
The series wraps up with a focus on team dynamics — applying the DiSC model to strengthen relationships, tackle common team challenges, and sustain a high-performing culture.
