A practical, six-week training experience that equips youth-serving professionals with coaching skills they can use immediately. Drawing on more than 25 years of frontline experience serving youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, participants learn how to build trust, ask powerful questions, increase accountability, and help young people identify and achieve meaningful goals.
